A faunistic database on the spiders of the Caucasus
Since publication of the Caucasian Spiders 1.3 in 2006 we have coninuously added more records from new and historic publications as they became available to us. Thus, the data basis has increased from approx. 4000 records to more than 8100 records of spiders from the Caucasus. Accordingly, the checklist Caucasus increased from 1002 species to 1068 species.
We plan to migrate the whole portal on Caucasian Spiders to this new Version 2.0 soon, after having made some more improvements on the software and the layout. Have a look at Caucasian Spiders 2.0 Beta to explore the new data and play around with the new options …
