  1. Gill McCarthy Says:

I had a spider in my house tonight - in Baku, Azerbaijan. It was quite pale-brown/gray in colour. Approximately 8cm in length and seemed quite hairy, casting a shadow, but not quite like a tarantula might.
I put a dustpan towards it, expecting it to jump, but it didn’t. I was able to scoop it outside with a brush.
Should I be worried? Or should I have splatted it?
We haven’t been living here long, but I have young children and I’m not quite sure what to expect.
Can you help me with further information, or some website I can visit to find picture of local flora and fauna, what’s dangerous and not. I’d be keen to see some pictures.
    Thank you.

I want to bring to your attention that the PDF’s of the following papers are the same. The one of Ponomarev

Hi Steve, ich habe deine Seite mal in meinen Blogroll aufgenommen. Vielleicht gibts ja den ein oder anderen arachnophilen Linux-Fan - man weiß nie :-)

  5. Stefan Otto Says:

Prima, Nudge! Fast hätte ich deinen Kommentar allerdings gelöscht, da in letzter Zeit viel Müll reinkommt und entsprechend viel mit Löschen beschäftigt bin.

Danke für diese positive Aus- und Aufnahme!
